• Order details: the items you order, your seat location, and the total you pay.
• Contact information: your first name, mobile number, and (if you choose) email address, so we can deliver your order and send you updates.
• Payment information: payment is collected at the point of delivery by the concession stand; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: basic device and browser information when you visit the site.

• To prepare and deliver your order to the correct seat.
• To send you order-related text messages (receipts, runner status, and delivery updates).
• To contact you if there is a problem with your order.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the service for the schools and events we serve.

When you place an order, we use your mobile number to send you transactional text messages about that order only — including your receipt and notifications that your runner is on the way. These are order updates, not marketing.

• Consent: at checkout you must check an unchecked box directly below the mobile number field that reads: "Yes, I agree to receive 2 automated text messages: a receipt, and when my order is on its way for delivery. Message and data rates may apply. Sit & Order does NOT market. Reply STOP anytime to cancel." We never share or sell mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for support.
• Frequency: 2 automated messages per order — a receipt and an on-the-way notification.

We share your order and contact details only with the student runner and concession stand staff assigned to your event so they can fulfill your order. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

We keep order records for as long as needed to operate the service, support school fundraising accounting, and comply with legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your contact information when it is no longer needed for an active order.

• Texts: reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time.
• Email: providing an email is optional; we use it only for order updates.
• Access & deletion: you may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by contacting us below.

Sit & Order is designed for attendees of public sporting events. The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Student runners participate through their school's program with appropriate supervision.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including access controls on our database and limiting order data to authorized staff and runners. No method of transmission is fully secure, but we work to protect your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date.
